We are a family run and owned business based in Derbyshire just 2 minutes from J29 of the M1. We operate our business from home alongside a warehouse/workshop unit 2 miles from our base with over 600 hoods in stock. We do not have a showroom/shop but all items listed are available for viewing/inspection prior to purchase or bidding. We source our hoods from various suppliers, we have everything from brand new boxed units to major high street stores ex display units.

The best way to contact us is via eBay ask seller a question, we will endeavour to get back to you asap, please when purchasing items do not contact us via paypal messaging as these messages are very very easy to miss and your request may go unread, this is a common problem with paypal as nothing is "flagged" that we have received a message/note via paypal.

Collection of items from hoodmania........

Collection is never a problem, just let us know you want to collect and we will arrange with you a mutually agreeable time, collection is pretty much available 7 days a week, we would politely ask though that items are collected asap after purchase as at times we have found ourselves storing items over long periods of time.

Paypal & Collections. We are sorry but due to the latest eBay/paypal scam of paying by paypal, collecting the item then later claiming non delivery we have had no choice but to make this decision. If we cannot prove to paypal that the item was delivered they instantly give a refund from our account leaving us without both the item and the payment. I hope you understand our reasons for this but unfortunately to protect ourselves we have no choice. If you want to collect an item, we have no problem with that, but it will strictly be cash on collection. All items paid for via paypal will be posted, tracked with proof of delivery.

Delivery, dispatch and receiving items from hoodmania.....

Our postage costs cover all UK postcodes, we only post to the UK.

We aim to dispatch items at the very latest the next working day after cleared payment is received, the courier service we use normally delivers the next working day after collection from here but it can take up to 3 working days. We will send a dispatch email to you so you will know when your item is on its way.

It is important you check your item within 24hrs of delivery for any transit damage. If you do find any transit damage please inform us immediately and we will initiate a claim, this is very rare but it can unfortunately from time to time happen. Do not dispose of any packaging as the courier will want to collect this along with the damaged item.
