Payment via Paypal ensures your items are posted within 24hrs where possible and your payment reaching us before last posting 16:00hrs (Holidays,Bank Holidays,Sundays not counting)

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delay caused by the Royal Mail or any other shipping company we use, and we will not be held to ransom with threats of negative feedback if your item is late being delivered.
We obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE ON ALL OUR ITEMS, this will be scanned and sent to you on request of an item being late.
You will not be issued with a refund or replacement until 28 days have passed as the Royal Mail does not regard an item lost until 14 days have past since posting and we need another 14 days to allow the Royal Mail to investigate.
We will do everything we can to make this as painless as possible and we are only a phone call or email away.
Special Delivery on a Friday does not Guarantee a delivery on the Saturday morning, its guaranteed for the following Monday morning before 9am or 12pm
International Post maybe delayed for any number of reasons I.e. customs hold ups, Tax Purposes, Plane Delays. In the event of a delayed item, you must contact us and we will do what we can to help you.
Due to the high number of abusive emails we recieve when an item that is airmailed we now quote at least 14 days delivery.
Any abuse will be reported to Ebay and Your internet provider.

All items are sold as new unless otherwise stated. Magic items,books,manuscripts,ebooks,other electronic media(cd/dvd) will not be refunded due to the nature of the product,unless damaged and the normal postal investigation processes are dealt with in full.
Lost/late mail is subject to a Royal Mail enquiry and claim being put in for the item lost, only then we will consider a refund or new item being sent to you. This is to protect us and yourselves from rogue traders.
We have proof of postage on EVERY item we send out. We will report any user threatening or sending abusive emails to leave negative feedback after a sale because of late mail to the Ebay Safe Harbour Team .We will do everything to help you BUT we reserve the right to refuse to deal with abusive customers.
If returning items to us for a replacement/refund YOU MUST use recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for your parcel reaching or not reaching us, sending normal non signed for mail is not enough, this is to protect you as well as ourselves from rogue traders.
You are protected by Ebay, Paypal,Square trade and the Distance selling rules, as well as normal consumer law.
Please however remember that all emails are logged and kept for reference should any queries arise from your transaction with us.
The Buyer is welcome to email at any time and expect an answer within 30mins during office hours which are 7am-8pm 5 days a week. Saturdays & Sundays expect a reply within 24hrs
We reserve the right to close for bank holidays, religious festivals etc should we choose to.
Notification will be given on our website and auctions should be in the rare situation of closing the office for a few days.
