We don’t offer “Free Delivery” as its never free, it becomes an overhead so inflates the price of the product, and penalises those people that choose to collect, instead we price our product lower and charge our carriage fairly and we do not make money from it, the dearer the product the higher the carriage to cover the higher insurance. If you have your own cheaper carrier please feel free to select collection and notify us of who is coming and when. Please also note that Paypal insist we use a signed for trackable service which limits the carriers we can use.

Technical

Our customer technical helpline is available should you require assistance assembling the bike. Cycle is supplied with a manual, assembly guide, multi spanner, and allen key. Assembly typically involves inserting the handlebar assembly, seat and post and front wheel, and tightening the fixings for these parts, a general safety check and operation check on gears, brakes etc is needed before first riding. Please have assembled by a local bike shop if you are unsure you can do it properly.

Warranty

12 month manufacturers warranty (please note - this does not cover wear and tear items such as tyres, tubes, brake blocks, etc, misuse related damage, or damage caused by incorrect assembly prior to riding).
