NOTE 1:  In regards to International shipping, the buyer is responsible for any Duties, Taxes or fees that may be incurred.   We follow all postal rules and regulations regarding custom forms, valuation and insurance.  We will not reduce the value of the shipment or list the shipment as a gift, no exceptions.  Company Policy.  

NOTE 2:  If your shipment is returned to us undelivered for any reason other than a mistake we (the Seller) made,  you (the Buyer) agree that you will be responsible for any return shipping cost and/or the cost for the Seller to reship your order. If the buyer does not want the Seller to reship the order, a 15% order cancellation fee will apply and  shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
