NOTE 2:  If your shipment is returned to us undelivered for any reason other than a mistake we (the Seller) made,  you (the Buyer) agree that you will be responsible for any return shipping cost and/or the cost for the Seller to reship your order. If the buyer does not want the Seller to reship the order, a 15% order cancellation fee will apply and  shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
