Based near Oswestry, Shropshire, we retail through our ebay store - Borderdoors, Any of our Scandinavian redwood doors and gates can be made to measure at little or no extra cost to the standard sizes Bespoke work is also undertaken. Goods are sent out with a National Carrier, a signature will be required, if you do not have time to check goods prior to signing, please mark that the goods are recieved unchecked. Please supply a telephone number for the carrier.
We aim to deliver within 10 working days of cleared payment, unless stated in the listing. The courier will require a signature on delivery of the goods. Please check all packages for damage. If any appear damaged you must sign the courier’s note showing you have received the goods with damage. If the goods appear totally un-usable or unacceptable, please refuse the delivery and the courier will return the goods to us. Failure to note any damage at the time of delivery will mean that replacements will be chargeable. If you are unsure please call us for advice (01691 774806). We will inform you of the intended delivery date as soon as we have cleared payment. If the date is inconvenient please notify us by return email or call and we can arrange another date for you. When your items have been dispatched we will email you with a consignment number and details on how to track your order. Our delivery charges are non-profit making for us. Due to the size and weight of many of our items, delivery charges may appear high. We will always endeavour to find the most economic way of getting your order to you. When cost permits we will use our own vehicles and staff to deliver. However, many one or two item orders will be sent using a national carrier. These items will be well packaged and delivery will be between 8am and 6pm unless stated. A surcharge can be paid to enable a timed delivery, please contact us for a quote.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please check your sizes before ordering. We ask that you contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of goods if you need to return them, stating reason for return. We will then give you a return address for the items. The buyer will be responsible for all returns. We cannot accept return of any item that has had the manufacturers wrapping opened, or any item that has been cut, machined or treated. Specially made items can only be returned if they have been made to incorrect specifications allowing for reasonable tolerances. Seconds and clearance items cannot be returned. A re-stocking and handling fee of up to 25% will be made on all returns. Refunds will be made upon receipt by ourselves of goods in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to reject the goods if returned to us in an un-saleable condition.

If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible prior to dispatch. Made to measure orders should be cancelled within 48 hrs of placing the order.
