Directions

1. Reach over head and gently pull ear upward and outward to straighten ear canal.
2. With opposite hand, grasp earplug stem and insert with a slight rocking and twisting motion to form airtight seal.
3. Wear the plugs the entire duration of the "noisy" event.

Tips:

• If you are having trouble getting the plug to seal, re-insert and wiggle stem while gently pushing plug to form seal.
• If you are having trouble inserting the plug into the ear canal, try inserting with the tip pointed slightly forward, toward face.

Cleaning Instructions:  Wash with mild soap and warm water.  Dry thoroughly before inserting into ear.

• The plugs should be stored before and after usage in a way that protects them from dirt, grease, etc.
• After use, clean the plugs with mild soap and warm water.
