WHAT TO DO IF YOU’RE ORDER AS ARRIVED & THE WRONG CARTRIDGE HAS BEEN SENT
This page is designed to help you if your order as been sent incorrect
- Firstly if you order as arrived & the wrong item as been sent then please accept my sincere apologies for the error.
- Email us through the ASK SELLER A QUESTION above & include your email address, delivery address & full details of the problem.
- We will then send you the correct item within 24/48hrs (Monday- Friday) 1st Class Recorded, we will also include a form so that once you receive the replacement order you can then return the incorrect item (we will pay return postage costs)
- If no response from us within 48hrs (not including weekends) then email us again.
