Packaging
Packaging – we use heavy-duty mailers, with a minimum of 4 stiffening layers inside a heavy outer for vinyl. CDs/DVDs are also sent in lined, heavy card mailers J

Postage
UK, there is a choice of FREE postage using First Class (we never have, and never will use Second-Class!), plus a few ‘upgrades’ for Fedex Courier, Recorded or Special Delivery Options. Customers in Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, please message us first for a Fedex quote.

If your order comes to £30 before P/P, you MUST take the ‘International-Signed-For’ option, or your order may be cancelled. J

EUROPE – we define ‘Europe’ as those countries currently accepted as ‘Europe’ by Ebay and the Royal Mail for postage purposes.

EXTRA DISCOUNTS
We believe our prices to be among the most reasonable around. We do not offer further discounts than those offered on postage for regular-sized orders. If you wish to place an order totalling over at least £400 please Message us first and we would consider it. J

We will take back ANY unwanted goods that are sent back to us within 7 days of sale (14 days if overseas) in the same condition that they left here :-)

If you have a faulty pressing (everything we sell is brand-new from the Label/Distributor, but faults can happen :-) ), or other problem with your order, please send it back to us: LAMF Ltd, Unit 10 Commercial Mews North, 45A Commercial Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3XF. We will reimburse your return postage cost up to a maximum of £2.99 (UK), £3.99 (Europe), £5.99 (USA). If you choose to send it 'Registered' that must be at your cost :-)

If returning a faulty item, please;
1) Re-use the packaging it was sent in, but only use 2 stiffeners as there is no point in you or us paying extra return postage for something that is faulty :-)

If a faulty item, we will replace AND reimburse your return postage to the amounts mentioned above :-)
