HERE IS MY COMPLETE CHILDMINDING PORTFOLIO, POLICIES, PROCEDURES, PERMISSIONS, RISK ASSESSMENTS & EXTRAS ALL ON CD

I registered with Ofsted in February 2009 and starting childminding from April, I had my Ofsted inspection in July and have been graded 'GOOD' in all areas (I am happy to give you my registration for you to read my report for yourself)

Ofsted was very impressed with my paperwork

The folders have been saved in Word format and some are PDF files, all are read-only on the CD so you can edit/amend/add etc and save the files to your desktop or documents folder

The CD will be especially helpful if you are thinking of starting your own childminding business or have already started the course, or if you are having to bring everything up to date with the EYFS requirements - it can seem so overwhelming with all the paperwork - this can help completely!

The disc will have the following:

MY PORTFOLIO:

All about family and myself, my setting/business, opening hours, meals, activities etc

(some personal details have been removed so remember to read through everything so you can add your own personal details in and information that relates to your own business/home etc)

POLICIES, PROCEDURES FOLDER:

risk assessment policies, health & hygiene, safeguarding, equality & inclusion, healthy eating, fire procedure, complaints, house rules, lost child, record keeping, medicine, uncollected child, sick policy, emergency, fees, pets, special needs etc, loads of policies for you to use and a checklist

RISK ASSESSMENT FOLDER:

Risk assessments for indoors, outdoors and various outings

(these are personal to my home so you can use these for ideas or use these but just make sure you change them to be relevant to your own home/garden etc)

PERMISSIONS FOLDER:

Sun cream, outings, pets, medical treatment, photos, administer first aid, be cared for by a registered assistant etc

DAILY FORMS FOLDER:

Childs daily diary sheet, childminders daily dairy sheet, attendance sheet, parental questionnaire, guest log, record of attendance form, monthly invoice, receipt of payment

POSTERS, ACTIVITIES ETC FOLDER:

Welcome poster, Early years passport booklet, People who help us, Shapes, Rainbow activity, Flags, House rules, Fire evacuation plan/poster, Green cross code, useful website for info, advice resources poster and more

This is a great CD with everything you will need to start your own childminding business

All items on the Cd are what I am actually using now in my setting and all what Ofsted have graded me from

This is not just the Portfolio like some CD's, it has everything and more you have to have in place! The policies, procedures, permissions forms and risk assessments
