Acceptance of Orders. All contracts of sale made by "*mister*soft* Limited" ("the Company") shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions which shall prevail over any other document or communication from the party with whom the Company is dealing ("the Customer"). All orders are accepted and fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions of sale unless otherwise varied by agreement in writing by both parties. Cancellation. As a consumer you have the legal right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel your contract with *mister*soft* and to receive a refund. You must contact us and inform us in writing via ebay questions of your desire to cancel your contract within 7 working days of receipt of the relevant product(s) (This 7 day period begins the day after the day on which the product(s) were received.) You must return if supplied still sealed and in any case unused goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
