This is NOT a transfer ... the ink/dye is permanently bonded to the glaze of the mug, therefore it will not crack, peel or fade; nor will the colours run in the dishwasher.

We believe that the safe arrival of your mug is more important than the arrival of a broken mug in a pretty presentation box.  Therefore our mugs are sent in a moulded polystyrene MugMailer to ensure safe transit and sent with 3 days of cleared payment.
