Here at BazaarGames, we pride ourselves on customer care and so offer a 14 day money back guarantee, subject to the following terms and conditions: 

1) The item must be returned to us in its original packaging and in the same condition as sent out. All items will be thoroughly checked and tested. All refunds will be given once we have deemed the item to have been returned in an acceptable condition. 

2) If the product is faulty out of the box, you will receive a full refund / replacement or shop credit upon return of the item, as long as it appears not to have been damaged after being removed from its packaging. 

3) If the item is returned for a reason other then being faulty there will be a 10% restocking fee applicable, unless a prior agreement has been reached. 

4) Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage during transit. 

5) Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to BazaarGamesUk, unless otherwise stated. 

6) Please ensure that goods are sent by recorded delivery or courier. We will not accept liability for any goods lost in transit
