At Bicycle Trade Ltd our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please feel free to return your goods within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

If an item its purchased "USED" we accept no returns for whatever reason, so if you are in anyway unsure please do not purchase such item since we will not accept its return.

Any item (with the exception of food, videos, DVD’s and software) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned unused with its original packaging without any damage. Take caution when opening received orders since if any manuals or parts its lost we will refuse the return and send it back at the clients expense.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Paypal, Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, cheque payments will be refunded by company check but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Such refunds may take up to a maximum of 4 weeks or earlier depending on each individual case.

For international purchases we accept no returns for whatever reason so please be sure before purchasing any items.
