This is a micro-ATX motherboard from MicroStar, model P4M890M-L / IL.
It has fantastic capability for such a small package: 2 PCI, 1 PCI-express and 1 16xPCI-express expansion slots. Incorporated LAN, 8 channels audio, SATA, Firewire and 6 high speed USB ports (2 internal).

This board looks perfectly intact as photo below but, when I tried it, I was not able to boot it up properly, so I believe it's faulty in some way, hence the cheap price. Good for spares / repairs. No returns.

It takes 2 DDR2 memory modules for a 2Gb maximum RAM, and supports pretty much any Intel Celeron/ Pentium 4 / Pentium 4 HT / Pentium D / Core 2 Duo, etc processor with FSB up to 1066Mhz.
Backplate available for £3 extra.
