1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website see (date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.
1.2 The price you pay is the price you have agreed on which ever, media you have elected for at the time of your purchase. Any offers cannot be reserved unless paid in full to secure.
1.3 All on line prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, see (Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions)
1.4 Distance selling. If you buy on line or over the telephone we offer a 7 day money back guarantee from the day of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the product we will refund the full value including postage on the return of the goods in good condition. The customer is responsible for the return postage. If you decide to return the goods within the 7 day period you must telephone us (0870 383 1689 national rate) with your intention and return the goods with a copy of the purchase invoice and a covering note requesting a refund. Failure to follow this procedure you will not be entitled to a refund.
1.5 Delivery. Standard Delivery is by our contractor to the UK Mainland only. Highlands, Islands, including Isle of White, Northern Ireland could be subject to additional charges please contact us before ordering: 0870 383 1689
1.6 Warranty. All LED products have a manufacturers warrantee against any defects advertised on each individual product operated by Coemi Uk Ltd - parts only warranty - from the date delivered. Reduced, Sale or Clearance items are limited to 3 months warranty. Return Carriage/courier costs for items being returned to Coemi Uk Ltd are the responsibility of the customer. No liability will be taken by Coemi UK Ltd for returned goods damaged in transit.
A Damage caused by unreasonable use, including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. This list is not exhaustible
B. Overheating damage caused by lack of ventilation. LEDs are electronics and require ventilation, they must not be used in air tight housings unless the product has been approved or designed by us.
C. Damage caused by weather or any other acts of God are not part of the warranty and should be covered by your normal household or commercial insurance.
D. MR16 LEDs require a specialised LED driver. We supply a range of drivers specifically designed to operate with these bulbs. The voltage range must be 12v + or – 1v. Standard halogen transformers cannot be used as they can cause long term damage or failure of the bulb.
E. LED Lights should not be used with Dimmer switches unless the switch and circuitry have been specifically designed by us. Damage caused to lights through dimmer switches is not covered by any warranty
All Coemi LED products are EC and RoHS approved and comply to UK and EEC electrical standards
