YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL ORDER WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF DELIVERY

Under Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel order within 7 working days of delivery for any reason. Therefore if you are not happy with purchase you are safe and can get a full refund. Ensure you have read the fine print before cancelling order:

This policy applies only to items which were bought using "buy it now" button. Auction items and items sold as faulty cannot be cancelled under this regulation.

You have to contact us by sending a message on eBay saying that you wish to cancel order. Alternatively contact can be made at applerepublic@gmx.com. We will then mail you further instructions.

You will be refunded full cost of item plus any delivery fees you also paid. This applies to transactions where customers are from European Union. Please check regulations of your country if you live outside EU.

As returned item belongs to the customer, you are advised to insure contents to protect yourself against loss or damage in post. Ship it in a box you received it in to reduce chances of damage. We will not refund if item fails to arrive or arrives damaged. If misfortune happens you can later claim from mail to get your money back.

During first 7 working days when item is in your possession you are responsible to take reasonable care of it. If condition of returned item significantly differs from original you may lose eligibility to refund.

What is covered?

Guarantee covers any defects in material or workmanship in product.

How long does the coverage last?

The guarantee period is three (3) months from the documented date of purchase.

What is not covered?

Guarantee does not cover any problem that is caused by commercial use, accident (cracked screen for example), abuse, neglect, electrostatic discharge, water damage, malfunctions caused by other equipment. Guarantee is void if a product is returned with alterations (removal of covers and original components). Guarantee does not cover data loss - please make back up copies of media. Also, consequential damages; incidental damages; and costs related to data recovery, removal, and installation are not recoverable under this guarantee. Guarantee does not cover cosmetic wear and tear.

What do you have to do?

To request guarantee service, contact us on eBay or at applerepublic@gmx.com to receive assistance and instructions about how to return product. Please describe the fault when writting to us. Product you return must be properly packaged with all accessories included and shipped, with the shipping charges prepaid, to the address provided. Invoice must be included and bottom section of it filled out with requested information. As returned product belongs to the customer, you are advised to insure contents to protect yourself against loss or damage in post. We will not refund or send replacement if item fails to arrive or arrives with damage that incurred during transit. If misfortune happens you can later claim from mail to get your money back.

What will we do?

If we think that problem is minor and repair can be done by customer we will provide you with information which can help to solve a problem. If repair needs to be done by specialist we will repair, give equivalent replacement or issue a full refund free of charge. Which one of these three solutions we will give is in our discretion. We guarantee that repaired or replaced products are covered for the greater of either the remainder of original guarantee or 30 days. We will pay to ship the replacement to you. Turnaround is 1-2 weeks.
