  • Our deliveries are carried out by The Home Delivery Network who handle operations for the largest UK companies. The courier will call and make an appointment for the delivery day and will offer a 2 hour window for the delivery where possible. On the agreed day of delivery, the driver will call you to provide an estimated time inside of the delivery window previously agreed, all for your convenience. We do NOT offer customer collections. We do not deliver to Isles or any other non-mainland address.
  • Most items are delivered within 10 working days from the payment date, London and Essex deliveries can sometimes be made within 5. Delivery to Scotland may take longer than 10 working days and is charged at 25% extra on top of the normal delivery rate. We cannot guarantee a specific date for delivery, this will need to be arranged as best as possible with the courier.
  • The delivery service is a two-man operation and they will bring the item to the inside of your front door only.
