How to use this service

1) Check to see if your phone is on the list,

2) Send us Payment via PayPal with a note of your phone make,model and I.M.E.I. Number and any special language requests,

3) Ensure all important data (i.e. photo’s, videos, music, phone numbers and messages) have been saved somewhere else other than the phone.

4) Fully charge your phone,

5) Remove sim card and memory card,

6) Make a note of the IMEI number of the phone and a description of the phone and keep safe,

7) Post phone in a Jiffy bag using a "signed for " service  to;

1) receive your phone,

2) Unlock it

3) send it back to you (Normally the same day as we receive it) ,We always use a"signed for " service , we suggest you do

4)When you receive your phone back insert any sim-card of your choice and enjoy your phone.
