Here we have a set of Motorola HT600e ex-police radios, to save confusion and stop silly questions, these radios have been totally decommissioned, this means that they no longer have any police frequencies in them whatsoever, you cannot hear or talk to the police on these radios, even if they had the police frequencies in them you still would not be able to hear them! The police have moved onto totally secure digital radios, that’s why we are selling the old analogue radios.. It is highly unlikely you will ever be able to listen to the police ever again.

Now on to the auction, these are ex-police radios.

Please be aware that ALL MOTOROLA HT600e radios do not meet type approval as they are 25KHZ channel spacing and cannot be licenced in the UK, this does not mean they are licence free it means they can't be licenced!! 

We do sell many other radios that are approved for licencing and suggest you check out our many other listings if you are looking for commercial radios to use in the UK.

These radios are ideal for collectors, props, radio amateurs and export customers!! We have sold thousands and have very many happy customers.

They have been decommissioned and they all currently back to back (yes this means they talk to each other) on to UK General Business Channels for test purposes only. They are very strong & simple to use.

And to save the most common phone call the range on these radios will really depend on where you are using them.
