Unless specifically stated, our products are brand new, UK specification and will be covered under the terms of manufacturers warranty (please keep your VAT receipt as proof of purchase).
Should your purchase be "dead on arrival" or become faulty within 28 days of purchase we will happily exchange or refund. After this time, the customer will need to claim under the terms of the Manufacturers warranty. But we are more than happy to assist you if necessary.
