TERMS OF SUPPLY

All orders received by 12.00 noon and paid by cleared funds, where possible will be dispatched the same day by ANC for next day delivery. - Carriage insurance is included as standard with all items dispatched
Faulty Goods/Shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period no responsibility will be taken. Contact deliveries@biker-bitz.com

 Any goods returned will be at the cost of the consumer. Credits/Replacements will only be issued upon return of the original item complete with it's packaging and proof of purchase. Replacement delivery costs will be charged and where original items have been offered with subsidised FREE delivery, any refund will be subject to a deduction of the true initial delivery charge incurred by ourselves.

Any non-faulty goods returned may be accepted subject to a 35% surcharge.
