All items are measured correctly before listing

If there is any signs or wear and tear eg, fading, bobbling etc these will be mentioned in the ad.

Returns

If you should experience a problem when you have received your goods please email me within 24 hours of receipt. Parcels must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original condition and packaging. Im sorry but I don’t operate a free returns service and it must be sent back with a valied tracking number at your own cost. Once received it will be inspected and a refund for the cost will be given. I,m sorry but I can not refund on postage and packaging costs.

I do discount postage for multiple purchases. Discounted postage only applies if you pay for your items in 1 go.

I keep my postage costs as low as I can, but it does cover the cost of the packaging materials, handling which includes the high cost of petrol to the post office and parking fee,s as well as the postage.

I post everything recorded delivery and will provide tracking details on request.

 If the value of your goods exceeds £39 it will be sent by special delivery.

Due to family commitments I am only able to post twice a week, this will normally be Mondays and Fridays, however exceptions to this will be made when we have public holidays.

This info is for overseas buyers only .  All overseas parcels will be sent “International Signed For” which provides a tracking facility. Unfortunatley this does incur extra expense for you and this is added onto the postage cost. The first £3.80 is the cost of the international signed for facility, the remainder is for the actual postage, packing and handling.  However if you purchase multiple items the postage will be discounted by a minimum of £3.80 per item. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HIGH BANK CHARGES I WILL ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR INTERNATIONAL SALES. I CAN NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS.

Payment to be received within 7 days of sale please.

My preferred payment method is PayPal and don’t charge any extra for this. I will also accept un-crossed postal orders and bankers drafts . PLEASE DO NOT SEND CHEQUES. If you do send your payment through the post, please make sure that you include your name, address and item number/s. Failure to provide this information could result in delays in the dispatch of your parcel.

In the case of lost or delayed parcels, firstly contact your local sorting office.

I can not take responsibility once your parcel has been mailed. I will help as much as possible and provide you with all the postal details and tracking number, and I will file a claim if necessary. I can  not file a claim until the parcel has been missing for 10 days, but once the claim has been filed with the Royal Mail I will fully refund you.  If your parcel is returned to me as undelivered due to you not collecting it after a card has been left, I will not pay the

postage to re-send it. It is your responsibility to collect it from the sorting office.
