THE TOP OF THE DRESS HAS A LOVELY DETAIL OF SMALL STRAPS (4) THAT GO ALONG THE BACK OF THE NECK WHERE THE DRESS DOES UP. THE JACKET IS LINED IN CREAM LACE THAT IS ALSO ON THE LINING ON THE DRESS THAT GIVES THE HEM A SORT OF "KICK" HEM LOOK? LIKE YOUVE GOT A SMALL HOOPED EFFECT, BUT ITS NOT?
