A refund of the purchase price is available provided the artwork is returned (with sufficient insurance if posted*) in a satisfactory condition for resale.
We do not operate a free returns service; this is done at the buyer's expense.
*In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives back to the studio damaged whilst in transit from the sender (buyer), it is the buyer's responsibility to make a claim for compensation, we as Morgan Art, cannot make a claim on your behalf, it is with this in mind that we ask should you return the artwork to us, please use a courrier that offers insurance and comply to any specific packaging requirements. |
