CHECKOUT AND PAYMENT
Checkout must be completed with-in 24 hours and payment must be received with-in 72 hours - please DO NOT bid if you are unable to meet this criteria. I am sometimes able to hold on to an item for you if you contact me first and re-arrange payment times - but please do this BEFORE bidding.
Cost covers the item carefully wrapped in tissue/bubble wrap etc in either a postal sack or box. It also covers my time, petrol to the post office, ink, labels etc. Recorded delivery items are automatically insured upto £35. Unless otherwise stated, your item will be sent by this method. If the item sufficiently goes over this amount at auction it may be worth considering the Next Day Delivery as this insures your item upto £500 and is guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm. I will not be held responsible for items that are are not sufficiently covered by postage insurance. I will of course help in any case where an item goes astray, but I am not responsible - once in the hands of the Postie, it becomes the Royal Mails responsibility. OVERSEAS BUYERS. I send all items this way as if your item was to go missing under the normal shipping method you are NOT covered for compensation. It costs a little more but you are guaranteed not to lose your money if the item is.
COMMUNICATION:
I email to let you know when your item is going to be despatched. I usually do this the night before. I DO NOT email you to let you know that I have received your PayPal payment etc as you get a receipt direct from them. I will endevour to answer all emails as soon as possible, but please take in to account kids, hubbie and the general day to day catastrophes that affect us all. It will certainly be with-in 24 hours.
