Cheques and postal orders must be received within 3days of auction close. Combined postage is available for items purchased within a 7-day period but must be paid for together (just inform us you are waiting so 3 day relist deadline can be extended) The postage and packing fee includes a small handling and materials fee; mailing bag, packing slip, printer ink, document wallet, tissue paper and address label together with a small charge for time taken to pack up your purchase and to deliver it to the Royal Mail. Your item will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment by 1st Class Standard Post, Monday to Friday. Please email for Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery prices if you require this method of postage. International mail will be sent by standard Airmail signed for.

All items are carefully checked before dispatch, however on the rare occasion an item is found to be faulty or not as described a full refund will be issued including all postage costs. Please contact us to arrange return within 48 hours of receipt of garment. If an item you have purchased is unsuitable does not fit then we are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange.
