Returns:

We accept returns without quibble and we absolutely stand by our 100% unconditional guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our products or service we will give you a full and immediate refund or exchange. Just return the item to us in the original packaging. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products. If you are unsure about colour, please contact us before making a purchase - we can send you a free swatch.

Delivery

Most of our items will get to you within 5 working days. In fact, most of the time we are damn faster than that. However, depsite our contant endeavors to impress you, delays are occassionally inevitable and out of our control. We will try to keep you posted at all times, if you have any questions or worries, please contact us.

Postage rates:

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £10, whether you buy one item or ten. Our items are large and are all carried by courriers and the price includes insured and recorded delivery. We also have an exceutive packer who loves to package our items extremely well.

Customer Service:

We are a business, and whilst we do check mails outside office hours, we are only instantly available between 9-5 Monday to Friday. We like questions and customers so fire away.
