An O gauge locomotive chassis. This has been hand made from steel. There are six wheel bearings with a simple srung suspension mechanism. In side the frames there is the remnants of a water displacement pump (Body, piston and slip eccentric crank).
This appears to be for a 4-6-0 locomotive.
The frames have a small amount of surface corrosion. One of the wheel bearings has no spring and another has no screws to attach it to the frames.
