  1. Most parts sold by this establishment are auto salvage and sold as such. whilst we make every effort to give value for money, we cannot gurantee each part to be absolutely perfect. this is reflected in our prices when compared with a new item.
  2. Unless otherwise stated all parts carry a 30 days warranty, which operates by exchange only, and does not cover labour costs,consumables,carriage and/or consequential losses. All parts must be fitted in a professional manner.
  3. Old exchange units must be returned within 10 days, reasonably clean and drained of all fluids.
  4. All goods and exchange units to be returned at customer's cost
  5. No refunds or carriage charges.
  6. All parts correctly supplied and returned for credit are subject to 17.5 % handling fee.
  7. All good must be returned to Rowley autos premises no later than 14 days from notification for refunds.
