Delivery Info: All fully completed orders, that are placed before 4pm from Monday to Friday, will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be shipped out the following working day.
All goods are shipped via a trackable delivery service &
the majority of orders placed within the UK arrive at their destination address on the following working day. However, there may be occasions, when the order is delayed in transit, so this may take slightly longer.
Orders placed outside of the UK are generally sent via Royal Mail "International Signed For" & usually arrive at their destination address in between 7 to 14 days.
 
 
 
     
 
Payment Methods: We only accept PayPal as a payment method, as this is the most quickest & safest method for both ourselves & the you, the buyer. As a buyer,
this will also give you the added benifit of being fully protected under the PayPal protection policy.

 Warranty & Returns: All the products we sell are supplied with a full 1 years (return to base) warranty, unless stated otherwise. If a product is found to be faulty within this period, it can be returned for a repair/replacement. 99% of faulty goods are replaced.
If an item has been purchased accidentally, we can arrange to have this product returned for a refund, but this is only on the condition that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of the order & a request to return the product has been made via email within 7 days of receiving it.
Due to piracy reasons, we do not accept returns on software. If you have any doubts about compatibility with a ceratin software package, please check the descirption page for a compatibility list, or contact us before purchasing.
If goods are being returned for either of the reasons mentioned, please contact us before hand, so a returns reference number can be issued. Please also note that all postage fees will have to be covered by the buyer.
