Goods are posted ASAP – all parcels leave 1st class and are packed very well. Please allow up to 5 days UK or 14 days Worldwide for delivery – however most parcels leave within 48 hours.
Goods are sold as detailed as possible and are non-refundable, unless a genuine error has been made, or the goods are faulty (very rare!)
Please make payment within 5 days of invoice date, a 2nd invoice will follow as a reminder – as we all forget things now and again! Then a non-payment dispute will be opened on the 7th day after the original invoice, but don’t worry if your having problems – just let me know, as long as I know whats going on we’ll hopefully be able to work something out.
If I receive no payment or relevant communication within 12 days of the original invoice I will follow up all non-payment with eBay, requesting a non-payment strike against the buyer and will also leave negative feedback.
