20% restock charge will apply. Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the item was sent in error. 
Delivery price quoted is for UK mainland. This does not include Highlands Ireland and Islands.

All warranties are on a return to base basis and all delivery costs must be met by the purchser.

In the event of goods damaged in transit items will be collected and inspected by our courier.
Refunds or replacements will be provided when claim is settled by our courier. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
No claims for damage will be accepted after this time under any circumstances.
Insurance is offered as an option and we recommend this is taken.
If you are not at your delivery address to accept delivery our courier will attempt to deliver your purchase on another date. He will leave a card to enable you to arrange a re-delivery.
If after several attempts the parcel is not delivered then it will be returned to us. If this occurs then there will be a re-delivery charge made of £22 for delivering the parcel back to us.
This delivery charge must be refunded to us by the purchaser. In addition to this there will be a charge for delivering your parcel at the same rate as originaly charged.
Your parcel will not be delivered back to you until this has been paid.
