The vehicle has been professionally resprayed from its original Black colour. All the insides of the door shuts and the insides of the boot shuts have been sprayed. The car was sprayed after removing all the exterior trim, door cards, washer jets etc. Areas still left as Black that can be seen are under the bonnet and under the boot carpet.

The paint is an expensive pearl effect razr pink which is imported from the USA.  Full details of the paint, touch up paints and manufacturer will be given to the winning purchaser in case of a future mishap!

This car has had two owners. We purchased this car from the 2nd owner who has been known by us for a number of years.

Insurance
Insurance Group 8 but you will need to declare the paintwork as a modification and might want to get special terms to cover the value of the re-paint in case of a write off. We can supply this.

Condition
The car is as new. The interior is unworn and unmarked. The 4 Alloys are all in good condition with some minor blemishes but are not kerbed. The tyres all have in excess of 3mm of tread.  All electrical equipment works 100%

The car has no history of accident damage. I have a vehicle check Certificate (HPI)  which shows no accident damage, no finance outstanding, etc.

Warranty
The BMW paintwork warranty is now null and void as the car has been resprayed.

The mileage of 25782 and service history was warranted to me by the vendor and I am happy to warrant these as well.

MOT
The car will have a new MOT on it.

Service History & TLC
The car has a service book, showing the Pre Delivery Inspection and  the 1st and 2nd service   All services have been carried out by BMW Mini Franchised garages.  Pre delivery Inspection by Whitehouse Mini  on 6/05/2003, 1st Service by Scothall BMW on 19/07/05 at 8732 miles, 2nd service at Wood of Bournemouth on 1/3/08 at 25749  miles. Next service is due in 15400 miles. The vehicle has the TLC pack which covers free servicing to 5 years or 50,000 miles (Whichever comes first.) TThis does not include wear and tear parts. As this car has had a TLC pack on it from new it can be extended to 8 years or 80,000 miles for just £300

I have a 100% rating on eBay. I sold 120 Used Mini’s last year mainly through normal retail channels like autotrader.

Terms

Car should  be collected and paid for within 14 days of the end of Auction.

Payment by Cash or Bank Draft in the case of a bank draft, it must be faxed pre pick up so it can be verified.

Delivery can be arranged to anywhere in the UK at reasonable cost if vehicle is driven. Approximate costs are London £100, Midlands £150, North £200 & Scotland £250, remember that delivery costs include  a persons time for delivery, fuel, insurance and trade plates for the vehicle and a persons return fare.

If you would like the car delivered a 10% deposit will be required,  this will be refunded if car is not as described. Reasonable costs will be deducted if you do not complete the purchase.

Viewing

Vehicle can be viewed by appointment in Bournemouth, it's real easy to get to Bournemouth on the train, either from London using South West Trains or Nationwide using Cross Country Trains.

Tax

Vehicle is taxed at present until  30/5/08 CO2 rating is 163 G/KM which means the vehicle tax will be at the reduced cost of £145 per year or £79.75 for 6 months

Finance

We estimate up to £9500 of finance can be arranged on this vehicle, this is subject to status. As an example Given a deposit of £975 and a balance of £9500, over 3 years £306 approx. a month, over 4 years £241 per month  over 5 years £202. These figures are approximate and just a guideline. Finance is always less expensive if arranged as a personal loan.
