RETURNS

Please email me and then return items within 14 days. Postage costs on returns is the responsibility of the buyer. If returning items please provide details of name/address/ebay ID/item number and reason for return. Failure to do this will cause delays

Lost or missing parcels will be subject to a 15 WORKING day wait for UK mail and 21 WORKING days for International mail (this is the time royal mail ask you to wait before item is classed as lost).If an item is delayed I will send you the proof of posting via email. I ONLY provide advice on sizing. The buyer must make the final decision on the choice of size as I cannot guarantee a fit for everyone. Please feel free to email me to ask for measurements on any of my items.

I will usually get back to you within 12-24 hours.

Please follow manufacturers care instructions on all clothing.

Please note the size on the base of most crocs is the USA size. This is converted to UK and euro sizes using crocs official size charts.

Crocs can be washed with cold water and soap. Crocs should not be exposed to heat or intense sunlight for prolonged periods of time as they can shrink or warp. The tread on Crocs will wear over time and Crocs should be replaced when this occurs to maintain safety.

PROBLEMS

Occasionally I may have a problem with an item you have bought. This is an extremely rare occurrence but may mean for one reason or another that the item cannot be sent. If this does occur I will email you as soon as I know, explain the problem and offer a full refund or alternative product. Please bear in mind when leaving feedback that we are all human and occasionally mistakes do happen. I will however endeavour to resolve any problems quickly and hopefully to the buyer’s satisfaction. My sincere apologies should a problem like this occur.
