Returns, Refunds and Guarantees

We guarantee to refund completely or replace any normal stock product that you return to us in its originally packaged form within 7 days of the receipt. We do not mind whatever reason you have, so long as you are satisfied with what you buy from us!
Exceptions to the rule:
1. If the product has been used excessively (rather than just tested).
2. If the product has been damaged by you and is not in re-sellable condition.
3. Light Bulbs are tested to average life and we can not guarantee that every one will last as long as the box says! Some will not last as long as they say they will, and others will last considerably longer!
We ONLY sell Branded light bulbs which carry the highest quality assurance ratings available.
We ask that you bear this in mind before returning every lamp that does not last the course!! In exceptional circumstances (i.e. faulty batches) we will of course replace your lamps free of charge.
