Returns – None Faulty
 Full refunds will be given for all orders returned within 14 days of purchase providing the item is unused and in an “as new” condition with the customer paying the return postage which is none refundable.
It is the customer’s responsibility for the safe return of all goods. All items returned under our 14 day return policy (i.e. none faulty) must be returned as they were received with their original packaging and full contents included. Items returned in a less than pristine condition and/or with damaged or missing packaging may incur charges to cover the cost of the items.
Where a refund is sought for none faulty items we reserve the right to make a charge to cover our administration costs. This charge will not exceed the direct costs of postage etc.

Full refunds will be given, inclusive of the return postage costs, as long as the product has not been wilfully damaged, misused, neglected, overloaded, modified, adapted or repaired.
