VERY RARE LP and essential french jazz record ...MICHEL PORTAL is since the 60°s an essential french jazz musicians .He compose and play in several project and it is always good and never sound as his other released  , even if you still can see him very often in jazz club , his records are rare because i think he is the kind of guy that don't like studio session too much ..ANYWAY MICHEL PORTAL is a master that know very well how to speak with his intruments and always innovating his tunes ..IN THIS RECORD as usual very unusaul MICHEL PORTAL record the sound is an " avant gard 80°s ethno electronic jazz session " , special focus on JEAN SCHWARZ featuring that made a very fine electronic treatment on the record , plus the drama and intense compostions are all great , note that synth and treatment made a very unusual mellow vein .With LUBAT / CECARELLI / TOP / JF JENNY CLARKE / ANDY EMLER / CINELU / BARTHELEMY ...recorded on HARMONIA MUNDI in 1987 , original record from france ...
