All DVDs are sent in Mail-Lite Plus Mailing Bags for extra protection or multiple orders in cardboard boxes packed with bubble-wrap or other suitable protection.
All UK Items are sent by 1st Class Post & Overseas Items are sent by Air Mail. If you require Registered or Special Delivery Mail, it works out at about £3.60 to £5.20 extra depinding on the total value of package. Please ask before paying.
It is not my responsibility if anything gets lost in the post but I always get a Royal Mail Certificate of Posting. If anything gets lost or damaged I will make a claim with the Post Office, which is entirely up to their discretion, although all claims have been paid so far. This only covers up to £32.00 so for more expensive items it may be wish to pay for extra insurance. As soon as claim is met I will either send replacement or give full refund.
