I can't be held responsible for items lost in the post which is, thankfully, rare. I always obtain proof of posting for every item despatched. If your purchases total more than £30 in value individually or collectively they will be sent Special Delivery which ensures that they are fully insured and are more secure in transit to protect us both.

I try to make my auction descriptions as full and accurate as possible, so that you bid with confidence. But I am human, I do make the odd genuine mistake. If I do or you have a problem with your item, let me know and I will resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
