About Us	J&S Trading Ltd is a family run business and we have a large 20,000 sqft retail outlet based in Preston, Lancs & Wigan, Lancs open to the public & trade. We have been trading on eBay since March 06 and are already approved eBay GOLD POWERSELLERS. We sell everything you need to make your house a home from the kitchen to the bedroom and offer an excellent service as you can see from our feedback. Payment	ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITH 7 WORKING DAYS OF PURCHASING THE ITEM Credit/Debit Card over the Phone – Please call us on 01942 216991 or alternatively if you supply your contact telephone number we will call you. Personal Cheques – We allow 7-10 working days for cheque to clear before dispatching items; our postal address will be supplied via email to the winning bidder. Postal Order – Again, postal address will be provided via email to the winning bidder.
Delivery Information	UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE i.e. COLLECTION ONLY: We aim to dispatch all items within 1 working day on a Next working delivery, if there is any delay you will be notified. Delivery will be Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, if you require a Saturday delivery this can be arranged but at an extra cost. Our delivery costs are to Mainland UK only, if you are outside Mainland UK please contact us for a delivery quote before purchasing (we will charge exactly what our courier charge). If you purchase multiple items we will combine items and therefore reduce the total cost where possible. All items are thoroughly checked by our staff before despatching to couriers. On delivery, the couriers will ask you to sign both for the delivery and that the item(s) have been received in good condition. Unless you are able to open and check each box in the presence of the courier, you should write next to your signature the word "unexamined". By doing this, in the unlikely event that there is any transit damage, you will preserve your right to claim for damage caused by delivery company. Our team of delivery drivers only deliver to England, parts of Wales and parts of Scotland. If you live outside of these areas please contact us for a delivery quote. An extra postage charge will occur in some parts of Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Ireland & Channel Island. Therefore please contact us for a delivery charge before purchasing / bidding on a item to prevent any disappointment
Collections	We allow collections of our appliances from our premises in Wigan only. Our appliances are on show so you can view before purchasing, however if you have committed to buy on eBay then it is a legally binding contract that you must purchase your item. Collection of our furniture & everything else is from our premises in Preston only. Please sell details of our addresses below (under the ‘Contact Us’ column). IF YOU WISH TO COLLECT YOUR ITEM(S) YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST TO ARRANGE A CONVENIENT COLLECTION DATE / TIME & ALL COLLECTIONS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR eBay PURCHASE. You can also view & purchase direct all items direct from our shop.
Refunds & Returns	If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, either it has arrived damaged or just a change of mind and the item is unused and still contains the original packaging, we will collect and refund the price paid for the item (less carriage costs) or replace it if stock is available. Please note however if you are returning the item because you have changed your mind then we will not refund any carriage costs this includes delivery to you and the return delivery to ourselves.
