Fabulous and fun.  Day of the Dead skeleton figure looking a bit worse for wear under the 'cactus of death'. The figure from a mixture of plaster, gypsum and potato paste and then beautifully painted. The doors of the pretty painted shadowbox are hinged with pieces of leather.  A great piece of folk art from Mexico to add to your collection.
