We try our best to describe our products as accurate as possible, however we cannot assure that product descriptions or any content within this site is error free.
Please keep in mind that the items may appear larger in pictures, as we have tried to show as much detail of the products as possible, please always check the size or measurement in product descriptions. Colours shown on your monitor may also be slightly different from the actual colour of the products.
If you received any of our products that are not as described, you can return them in unused, original condition.
Please select items carefully, we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.
If the products you received are not as described, we will gladly accept return of such products in their unused condition in original packaging.
If your returns are accepted, refund of the original cost of such products will be given, including postage, but excluding handling and all other associated fees & return postage.
Missing or faulty items must be claimed for within 7 days of receipt of your order; returns must be received within 14 working days from our acceptance of your claim.
