PAYMENT
We
are happy to accept payment by paypal,
cheque, postal order or credit/debit
cards, from UK BUYERS ONLY.
We can only accept paypal (in UK sterling) from
overseas customers.
Your
payment must be received within 7 days
of purchase. Where paying by cheque
please note the item will be dispatched once the
cheque has cleared.
Please
note that the pending e-cheques
through Paypal take around 10 days to clear.
Please
be aware items unpaid after 7
days of purchase may result in us opening
an unpaid item dispute
REFUNDS
You
will be charged postage fees + £3.00 on exchanges.
The postage fees depend on where the garment is
going in the world.
The
item should be sent back within 7 working days,
or no exchange or a refund will be processed!
On
refunds there is a £3.00 surcharge per garment.
BUY
IT NOW PURCHASES
We
comply fully with THE DISTANT SELLING
LAW. This law states; where any item
has been purchased at a fixed price, via internet
or mail order, (where the customer has not been
able to touch/see the item before purchase), the
buyer has a right to return it for any reason.
The seller must accept the buyers return subject
to the seller’s reasonable terms and conditions.
Our
returns policy for Buy it Now purchases is as
follows:
The
buyer must notify us within 7 WORKING
DAYS that they intend to return their
purchase. The item must be received by us within
7 DAYS OF RECEIPT along with
a note stating the item number, buyer's ebay ID
and reason for return. The garment MUST be returned
as sold with all original tags on.
AUCTION

Our
policy states that we do not refund auction items.

If
you are not happy with your item, please contact
us first before leaving negative feedback. We
are more than happy to resolve any issue promptly
and efficiently to your satisfaction.

POSTAGE
Our
postal rates are displayed clearly at the end
of each individual listing. We supply the rates
for both UK and overseas buyers. Our standard
service is 1st class delivery; please note that
we can not track the parcel whilst being delivered.
We offer a range of postal options which include
special delivery and recorded delivery which you
can view in each individual listing, if you require
any special arrangement/postage please email us.
We
provide a fast, low priced postal service. Our
garments are packed plainly and neatly.
DAMAGES
In
the very rare event of a damaged garment being
sent out, please contact us as soon as possible
via email or phone. Let us know what the problem
is and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
If the option of a replacement garment is available,
we will offer you an exchange of that particular
item. If this is not the case we can offer you
a full unconditional refund or exchange item as
soon as the garment is returned.
