Originating from c1921  comes this original  quality print , depicting a scene of art deco beauty and elegance with a scene of a beautiful mermaid - titled  :-  " It is a Man ! ( trans)    . This print depicts work that  was first produced by the French artist :- Joseph Khun Regnier   . Printed on chalk paper , with a 2/3 cm's white border ( not shown) - being clear of marks or other blemishes - text underneath ( not shown) in French  .
