If you are unsure you are welcome to provide a chassis number and model year and we will check for you. No refunds will be issued for wrongly ordered or parts purchased that are used.
• All our prices are inclusive of V.A.T.
• We only accept payments for orders over £250 through Paypal, nochexs & all major credit cards.
• For orders under £250 we only accept payments by Paypal, Nochex, All major credit cards, Cheque and Postal Orders from UK and Nochex or Postal Order in British Pounds from overseas customers. Please wait for an invoice or use the Nochex link at the bottom of all our listings.
• Please include the item number and delivery address with all Nochex payments.
• Please pay within 48 hours if using your Debit/credit card through Nochex or Paypal, or 7 days by Cheque or Postal Orders. To pay via all major credit cards call us on 0116 2768182 
• If a problem does arise please contact us to resolve any issue.
• Goods are checked before posting, it is your responsibilty to check for any damages during transit on arrival of delivery. We offer exchange or a credit note if a replacement is not available only if item does not match the description. Goods must be in original condition, not tampered with in any way. We do security mark all our goods to stop any one from swapping them and trying to send them back as faulty goods. No returns excepted for wrongly ordered goods, so please ask questions if in doubt before purchase. 
• The postage price is usually set by the weight and size of the item and is non refundable. Shipping overseas is measured in volume metric measurements of the goods. 
• Buyer is responsible for all return postage and shipping charges unless we are at blame.

Postage and packaging

• All items are packaged securely then security marked and posted within 24-48 hours from cleared payment.
• Payment for items that have been made before 12pm will be posted out on the same day, payed after 12pm will be posted out the next working day. 
• Postage charges includes the price of postage, packaging and any other cost incurred.
• We are using courier service on next day delivery basis (Monday to Friday only).
• Please include a phone number with all your orders (for courier purposes)
• If using your own courier packaging materials charges still apply.
• Collection in person is encouraged, as it can save a fortune in packaging and postal charges, but must be made within 7 days.
