MEOPTA AXOMAT STUDENT 35mm DARKROOM ENLARGER + LENS

A black & white enlarger complete with lens, suitable for black & white printing enlargement work. Comes with a filter drawer with diffusion glass and suited to holding your multigrade filters too, therefore making this ideal for multigrade / vario-contrast printing also. Has a good sized, 21"x15" wooden baseboard with a total height of approximately 24" to the top of the column. The head height adjustment is geared rack and pinion type. Comes complete with 35mm negative holder, good working bulb, good usable 50mm f/3.5 lens, and lead with UK mains plug fitted. This outfit will enable decent sized enlargements, and by careful remounting of the column 180degrees and suitably anchoring a counterweight on the baseboard, very large prints could be made. OR, the head can be rotated to project the image onto the wall for larger sized print capability.

Overall, fully working condition. checked and working. Cosmetically in good condition with some user marks as you might expect. A little dust from storage, but otherwise a very nice piece of kit, ideally suited for a student, beginner enthusiast or college darkroom.
