Shipping

      .   Delivery is FREE by Standard First Class.
        .   We despatch daily on Mondays to Fridays except for 
             Bank Holidays.
        .   All items are normally despatched within 24-48 hours
             of receiving cleared funds.
        .   Due to our postal collection time, payments received
             after 2pm UK time, will be despatched the following day.
        .   We give up to 3 weeks if there is any delay in delivery by
             Royal Mail.  Do keep us informed.
        

Returns and Exchanges

        .   If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your items,
             please notify us within 3 days of receiving the items.
             Please do not give us NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE
             FEEDBACK without communicating with us first.
        .    Items must be returned in their original condition, not
             worn, altered or engraved within 14 days of receipt of
             items.
        .   Items must either be returned in their original packaging
             or returned in adequate packaging.  We cannot accept 
             items if they are damaged, scratched or look worn.
        .   Refunds will be given but £1.50 will be retained as
             handling fee.
        .   All postage costs will be borne by customers for exchange.
             A self-addressed envelope is required.  Please contact us
             if you are not sure of the cost of postage.
        .   If an exchange is done with a different design, we will sort
            out the difference of the value once the exchange is agreed
