PAYMENT METHODS

• PayPal – using the facility within the e-mail invoice sent to you via eBay when the auction has closed
• Cheque – to be drawn in GBP£ Sterling on a UK Bank. Please allow 5 working days  for the cheque to clear
• Postal Order 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

• Every effort is made to keep S&H charges to a minimum.
• The charges cover not only outward postage to the buyers address, the cost of packaging (including a jewellers presentation box), but also a small and necessary contribution towards the costs we have paid (international transport, import charges, Duty and insurance) in physically bringing the watches into stock. The actual cost to us of doing so is of course much higher.

BEFORE BIDDING

• Please read the Auction description and terms before bidding. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have – please e-mail us.
• We are very happy to accept bids from new eBayer’s looking to build up their eBay reputation and Feedback Score.
• We reserve the right to cancel bids placed by bidders with “Private” or negative Feedback.
• Please do not place a bid if you do not intend to complete the transaction. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.

AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES

We respectfully request the winning bidder to:-

• complete eBay's “Checkout” within 3 days of the Auction closing.
• pay for the item within 7 days of the Auction closing.

WARRANTY PAPERWORK AND PACKAGING

• Please note that unless stated to the contrary in the Auction description above, all watches are supplied without original manufacturer packaging, warranty and manual.
• Watches which do not carry a manufacturer warranty will still benefit from our 3 month warranty (this excludes maltreatment and accidental damage).

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

• SEIKO watches are high quality timepieces which should be in excellent working order. All watches are fully quality checked and tested before despatch to the buyer.
• We will refund (or exchange) in the unlikely event that the watch is damaged or is not as specified in the Auction description, subject to the following:-
  • the Buyer must return the watch to us within 7 days of receipt (receipt is deemed to have occurred 2 days after despatch).
  • the watch must be returned in its original condition with no physical changes (e.g. missing links, scratches etc.).
• In the first instance we will offer an exchange. If no compatible exchange can be agreed, we will offer a refund of the Final Selling Price. An administration fee of £5 will apply.
