MEN'S OR LADIES FRENCH 17 JEWEL CLINTON WRIST WATCH

This is a working, gent's or ladies Wrist Watch by The CLINTON Watch Company with a 17 Jewel  French Movement. This watch runs and keeps time but it has not been serviced. It may need cleaning and oiling but the movement is nice and it has been ticking and keeping time for the last couple of days even though this may change when worn. (vintage timepiece movements are delicate and after many years the oil can dry and dirt can become dislodged which could change the function)  The chromed brass case with stainless steel back, measuring 39mm lug to lug and 32mm wide less crown has been buffed to the brass which I think looks really good. (please look carefully at all of the detailed photos so you can determine the condition.) This vintage  timepiece is in good condition with a normal amount of wear showing for it's age.  The off-white dial says has radium dotted, silver hour markers radium filled, silver hour and minute hands and a silver second hand. The dial is in good condition with very little ageing. (please see detailed photos) The black leather wrist band is in good condition. The crystal is in nice conditionracks (see photos) and shows very little scuffing from wear. I hope that the pictures will be detailed enough to be helpful to you but if you have any questions please feel free to ask me. This is a very cool timepiece but please look at all of the pictures before you place your bid and good luck with the auction!
